The sleeping arrangements include three kings, two queens, and two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. With four baths available, everyone can enjoy convenience and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an outdoor grilling area, is a haven for culinary enthusiasts. Additional highlights include a game room featuring a pool table and ping pong table, as well as a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Most rooms are equipped with flat panel Smart TVs, and high-speed wireless internet access is available for streaming. For added convenience, there is a landline free for a 10-mile radius. Please note that Verizon is the only reliable cell carrier in this area.

On the lower level, you'll find six bedrooms and three full baths. Two bedrooms offer queen beds, while two additional master bedrooms provide king beds (one with a double sleeper sofa). Additionally, two bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds each. The lower level master bedroom features a wet bar, an attached private deck with an outdoor hot tub boasting sweeping ocean views, and a second sleep sofa. The upper level also houses a spacious game room, complete with ping pong, pool table, darts, and table-top shuffleboard. Comfortable seating and a plasma TV ensure a fantastic time for corporate retreats, family reunions, or gatherings with friends. The driveway can accommodate up to five small cars.
