Great Room & Kitchen

The expansive great room features soaring ceilings, a fireplace and dramatic ocean views. At approximately 800 square feet, the space includes the living area, dining room and fully equipped chef’s kitchen.

The dining area seats up to 14 guests, making it ideal for shared meals and celebrations.

The kitchen includes a wet bar, breakfast bar and everything needed for group cooking. A glass-enclosed outdoor grilling area with gas grill provides additional space for preparing meals.

The lower-level outdoor hot tub overlooks the ocean and offers a relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Guests can access the beach and tidepools below the home by a natural ravine trail. Please use appropriate caution on the trail. The main Dillon Beach public access is also a short walk away.

From the house and deck, guests may enjoy spectacular sunsets, coastal wildlife and seasonal whale sightings.
